I messed up the colour specification when ordering. The team quickly noticed but still honoured my request to change it after production – they remade everything at no extra cost. The contact person was patient and answered all my questions, even sent me photos of the new batch before shipping. Shipping the replacement took longer than expected, but that's partly due to the carrier. Product quality is solid, and I'm very satisfied. Will likely reorder soon.
